  • Reputable customer service with solid product offerings.
  • Unique barriers to entry.
  • Ongoing compliance and/or regulatory needs.
  • High customer retention.
  • Continued management and employee continuity.
  • No single employee, customer or situation dictates activities or revenue.
  • Minimum of 10 years operating history with 5 years positive CF.
  • Revenues of $3M - $25M, with no more than 200 employees.
  • No geographic or market limitations to product or service.
  • Preferable industries are niche distribution, laboratory testing, and legacy software applications.
  • Preferably located within the Western United States.
