- Continued management and employee continuity.
- No single employee, customer or situation dictates activities or revenue.
- Minimum of 10 years operating history with 5 years positive CF.
- Revenues of $3M - $25M, with no more than 200 employees.
- No geographic or market limitations to product or service.
- Preferable industries are niche distribution, laboratory testing, and legacy software applications.
- Preferably located within the Western United States.
